STAR - if the motor is manufactured to 400V star, it will be 230V in delta.
At 230V delta, the motor can be used with a single phase inverter.
DELTA - if the motor is manufactured to 400V in delta, it will be 692V in star.
At 692V star, the motor can be used with a 400V star delta starter for reduced voltage/current (soft) starting.
